The Kamp Training offers in-depth football development training for players of all skill levels. We develop specialized personal training programs that target athletes' weaknesses and improve their strengths. Positional training for RBs, WRs, TEs, LBs, and DBs.
With our first-time players, we take our time teaching them the techniques and basic skills required to effectively play the game.
With more advanced players, we build on the skills they already possess to further develop and add to the player's skill set. We focus on football drills that translate right to the field. All drills are based on skills and techniques players will need in real game situations.
We also offer weight training for players 14 and over.
No matter what sport your player decides to play in high school, whether it is baseball, football, or rugby, they will have to be in the weight room!
So why not get an early start?
Weight training helps prevent 74 percent of severe upper-body injuries and 64 percent of severe lower-body injuries compared to non-lifting athletes. Strength training is a very effective tool for injury prevention for a variety of reasons. Strength training improves the strength of muscles, tendons, ligaments and even our bones.
